We educate self-efficacy, or a woman’s confidence in her capacity to achieve. Whether she is aiming for a promotion, striving to be the first in her family to attend college, overcoming a bully, breaking from abusive relationships or attempting to care for herself because she believes no one else will. She will accomplish it and she will become powerful.
